Desired Skills and Expertise

  • The ability to guide and inspire team members to meet tight deadlines within budget and highest quality.
  • PMP certification or other projects or project management qualification preferred.
  • Skilled in both SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8 or more years of experience in entire software development life cycle wutg 5 or more years of experience in Project Management.
  • Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finanace or Credit Card Management systems woll be considered an added advantage

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support throught entire project life cycle, including pre-sales requirements analysis and documentation, project planning , implementation and post-launch support.
  • Reviewing of data collected through requiremenet gathering sessions, analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals and Change Reques Forms.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Adhering to Project Management discipline and standards should be able to provide imput and insight for improvements as necessary.
  • Conducting Business Analysis Compliance Checking, obtaining Software Requirement Specification Sign Offs and customer acceptance.
  • Communicating all the stakeholders effectively.
  • Be the single owner and point of accountability for end-to-end delivery of the assigned project.
  • Willingness to travel abroad frequently is a must.
