Front Office Executive

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and answering queries.
  • Receiving and routing incoming calls.
  • Maintain a presentable reception area.
  • Scheduling interviews and following.
  • Assisting Administrative & HR functions.

Skills & Qualificaions

  • Good telephone etiquettes & PR skills.
  • Sound academic background with GCE A/L.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Should be computer literate (MS Office).
  • Previous experience in the similar capacity would be an added advantage.
