Associate/ Customer Support Executive

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers in solving their technical & operational support requests.
  • Handling help desk escalations & coordinating with technical teams.
  • Following trouble shooting guidlines & reporting related statistics.
  • Engaging in system & service monitoring activities entrusted to helpdesk.
  • Following up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Recording & updating support request information in the Customer Care System.
  • Resolving/troubleshooting level 1 service requests and direct complex to requests to appropriate product groups for resolution.
  • Following up on the progress of support requests through emails or verbally.
  • Perform duties in a 24/7 operation environment either on call/standby or at premises on shift basis.

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Being an excellent team player with the potential to lead others.
  • Basic understanding of software development process will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in use of word processing, spreadsheet & presentation software, internet, email & internet based communication channels requests to the appropriate product groups.
